Stonesby House

Stonesby House provides personal care for older people and those with learning disabilities and mental health support needs. At inspection, nine people used the service, with five receiving personal care involving help with personal hygiene and eating. The home supports people with learning disabilities and autistic individuals.

Inspectors found significant concerns with the service's physical environment and equipment use. Equipment was not always used for its intended purpose and was not always safe. The provider failed to ensure the environment was kept clean and properly maintained, with the service appearing worn and in need of renovation.
