Stonebridge Nursing Home

Stonebridge Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 52 adults, including people living with dementia or complex mental health conditions. It also supports younger adults moving from secure mental health hospitals to rebuild confidence and integrate into the community. Inspectors found the home performing exceptionally well overall, rated outstanding.

The management team was described as skilled, passionate and person-centred, with a strong learning culture and thorough investigation of concerns. Staffing levels and training were good, medicines were managed safely, and healthcare needs were well met. Staff were exceptionally caring, respectful and inclusive of families, and people were supported to take positive risks and enjoy a wide range of activities.
