Grosvenor House Care Home is a nursing home providing personal and nursing care to 25 people aged 65 and over, housed in an adapted building with bedrooms across two floors, lounges, dining areas, and access via lifts and stairs. Staff demonstrated exceptional care and attention to residents' individual needs, creating a welcoming environment where people felt part of a family. Staff were innovative in delivering compassionate care, including thoughtful end-of-life support that provided peaceful experiences for residents and their families.

The home maintained adequate staffing levels, with staff whom residents liked and trusted to keep them safe. All staff had undergone background checks during recruitment and understood the risks associated with residents' care. Medicines were managed safely through established processes, and staff consistently practiced proper infection control techniques.
