Inspectors found the provider remained in breach of regulations on safe care and treatment and on governance, with medicines and risk management still not fully addressed, and gaps in care records affecting skin care, hygiene and nutrition.

Staff were kind and respectful, and people generally felt safe and well cared for, though some staff and residents raised concerns about staffing levels. A new management team had begun making changes and had brought in a consultant to improve systems, but these improvements were not yet fully embedded.
