Stone Gables Care Home

Stone Gables provides personal care accommodation for up to 40 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 23 people were using the service, which is spread across two floors in one building.

The care home's systems for monitoring and improvement were not in place. Managers failed to provide required documentation during inspection, and there were insufficient measures to drive service improvements. Medicines were not managed safely, and guidance was not consistently followed when changes were made to people's care.
