Alexander Residential Home

Alexander Residential Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 47 people, including some living with dementia. The CQC found the service was performing well, with a Good rating overall reflecting person-centred, consistent care.

Inspectors found people and their families were positive about the quality of care, describing staff as kind, caring and attentive. Choices and consent were respected, staff knew people well, and the management team was open about improvements made since the previous inspection. Concerns raised were dealt with promptly, and relatives spoke highly of the compassionate approach shown throughout.
