Kirklands

Kirklands provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities and complex needs. At inspection, the service was at full capacity. Staff assessed and managed risks effectively, allowing people to safely enjoy activities they chose. Relatives confirmed people felt safe, and the home supported people with maximum choice and control through least restrictive practices. Visitors were welcomed without restrictions.

People were safeguarded from abuse and harm, with sufficient staffing levels to support individuals according to their preferences and care plans. Staff followed safe infection prevention and control practices to protect people's health. Overall, the service demonstrated a commitment to supporting people with dignity and respect while maintaining their independence and access to community life.
