Stewart Lodge Care Home

Stewart Lodge is a residential care home supporting up to three people with mental health needs in an adapted building. At inspection, three people were using the service.

People felt safe at the home. Staff demonstrated good understanding of safeguarding procedures and how to protect people from identified risks to their safety and wellbeing. Staffing levels were adequate to meet people's needs. The provider conducted appropriate recruitment checks including criminal records verification to ensure staff suitability. Health and safety checks of the premises and equipment were regularly performed, and the home maintained clean, hygienic conditions with staff following proper infection control procedures.
