Restoration Residential Care Home

This residential care home provides personal care to up to four people with mental health needs. At inspection, all four residents were living at the service in one adapted building. Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge and effectively managed risks to keep people safe. The premises were clean and hygienic, with staff following current infection control practices. The provider conducted regular health and safety checks of the building and equipment. Medicines were managed safely and residents received support to take their medications as prescribed. Staffing levels were adequate to meet residents' needs.
