Sternhill Paddock

This residential care home provides personal care for up to six younger adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, with five people using the service at the time of inspection. The home is designed around principles that prioritise meaningful lives for residents, with emphasis on control, choice, and independence. Staff support people to achieve the best possible outcomes and live as full a life as possible within the community.

The inspection identified several examples of good practice at the service, demonstrating commitment to quality care and person-centred support for the residents.
