Church Rose Nursing Home

Church Rose is a purpose-built care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 48 people, including older and younger adults, those living with dementia, and people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, 44 people were using the service.

The home supports autistic people and those with learning disabilities, ensuring they have access to choices, dignity, independence, and connection to local communities. Staff work to provide appropriate support that enables residents to maintain autonomy while accessing the care and assistance they need.
