Staff demonstrated a good understanding of residents' needs and provided effective support, with thorough checks and induction processes for new employees.

The home had sufficient staffing levels to meet demand.

Residents felt safe and well cared for at the home. The provider had established robust systems to manage risks and maintain safety, and people received proper support with their prescribed medicines. Overall, the service demonstrated a commitment to keeping residents safe whilst meeting their care needs.
