About Goodson Lodge Care Centre

Goodson Lodge Care Centre is a residential care home in Wiltshire, providing support for older people, including those living with dementia. Further details on the service can be found in the CQC findings below.

Goodson Lodge provides residential care for up to 64 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 52 residents were living at the service, which is organised across two floors and four separate wings called 'households'. The service has implemented robust personal protective equipment policies and processes, with staff changing into uniforms onsite and receiving training on correct PPE use.

A 'clean' and 'used' changing room system helps prevent the risk of carrying pathogens in and out of the service.
