Phoenix House

Phoenix House accommodates up to nine younger adults with physical and learning disabilities in single rooms with en-suite facilities. The home features communal spaces including a kitchen, dining area, television room, sensory room and accessible gardens on a single level.

Residents felt safe and their relatives expressed no safety concerns. Staff demonstrated clear knowledge of safeguarding procedures and confidence that concerns would be taken seriously. The home supports some people whose behaviours occasionally present risks to themselves, staff and others, with guidance in place for staff to manage such incidents appropriately.
