Residents felt safe and their relatives expressed no safety concerns. Staff demonstrated clear knowledge of safeguarding procedures and confidence that concerns would be taken seriously. The home supports some people whose behaviours occasionally present risks to themselves, staff and others, with guidance in place for staff to manage such incidents appropriately.
