Lavender House and Primrose Lodge

This care home across two buildings provides accommodation and personal care for up to 11 people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex needs. At inspection, all 11 places were occupied.

Inspectors reviewed medicine management following a high number of reported errors and found these were handled appropriately. However, improvements were needed in the security and storage of medicines, as well as the disposal of expired medications. The provider took immediate action to address these concerns.
