The CQC rated the service Good overall, a significant improvement from its previous requires improvement rating, which had included inadequate safety findings and placement in special measures.

Inspectors found risk assessments, staffing levels, medicines management and audit processes had all improved considerably. People told the CQC they felt safe, were involved in their care planning and were supported by staff who were friendly and respectful. The home was described as clean, well maintained, with good food and drink provision throughout the day.
