Stapely Residential and Nursing Home

Stapeley provides personal and nursing care for up to 97 people of Jewish and non-Jewish faith across three connected houses. At the time of inspection, 45 people were using the service, with two houses offering residential personal care and one providing nursing care.

The home has suitable staffing levels in place. However, inspectors found that governance and oversight of the environment needed improvement, though the provider took immediate action to carry out repairs and refurbishment. The manager committed to reviewing how staffing numbers are managed and calculated so this information can be shared with everyone at the service.
