Residents felt safe at the home and praised the quality of care they received. Staff were well-trained in safeguarding and knew how to identify and report concerns. Accidents, incidents and falls were documented and reviewed to spot patterns and learning opportunities.

Medicines were managed safely with accurate record-keeping, and residents received their medications as prescribed. The home maintained high standards of cleanliness with effective infection control processes in place.

Staff had appropriate training, support and experience to meet residents' needs. The home was comfortably furnished and well-decorated. Residents had access to varied food and drink tailored to their dietary requirements and preferences.

Health and social care professionals were regularly involved in care planning to ensure residents received appropriate treatment. Staff treated residents with kindness, respect and compassion, supporting them to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible.
