The CQC rated the service Requires Improvement overall. Inspectors found governance was not robust, with weaknesses in infection control, care plan auditing and medication checks, along with gaps in staff training and supervision records.

Despite this, staff were found to be caring, kind and knowledgeable about people's needs, with good access to healthcare and advocacy. Relatives were mostly positive about care and communication, though some engagement during personal care and mealtimes could be improved, and activity provision was mixed.
