Gracefields Nursing Home

Gracefields provides personal and nursing care for up to 50 people across three floors. At the time of inspection, 47 people were living in the home. The service has implemented careful safety procedures for professional visitors, including a policy requiring health screening before arrival. Visitors displaying any Covid-19 symptoms are asked not to attend. Upon arrival, guests undergo temperature checks and hand hygiene measures to protect residents.
