Blossom Fields

Blossom Fields provides nursing care for up to 43 older people, including those with general nursing needs and dementia. The service operates across three floors with a dedicated 16-bedded dementia unit on the middle floor. At the time of inspection, 40 people were in residence.

Following a change in management and provider ownership, the service has been embedding new systems for quality monitoring and staff training. While the service demonstrated commitment to care standards, it was not rated as outstanding at this inspection, representing a change from the previous outstanding rating.
