At inspection, 72 people were using the service. The registered manager and provider demonstrated strong values and commitment to individualised care, with people's views central to how the service operated. Staff had detailed knowledge of residents' histories, preferences and support needs.

Quality checks and audits enabled the service to identify risks and maintain standards, with an open culture where lessons were learned from incidents. Everyone spoken to was very positive about the registered manager and staff, praising their exemplary approach to personalised care. The leadership team showed passionate commitment to continuous improvement and took pride in the service's achievements.
