About Cleves Place
Cleves Place accommodates up to 60 older people, some living with dementia and complex nursing needs. At inspection, 56 people were using the service, located in Haverhill, Suffolk.
Staff were exceptionally kind and considerate, treating people with respect and dignity. People and their relatives praised staff for their exceptional care and kindness, describing them as friendly and engaging. Care and support was exceptionally person-centred, with staff providing personalised support tailored to each person's preferences. A dedicated engagement team enhanced residents' wellbeing through person-centred activity planning.
