Staff had adequate personal protective equipment and had educated residents about its importance. Regular COVID-19 testing was conducted, and the home maintained high cleaning standards with increased frequency on frequently touched surfaces. The provider ensured staff and management received sufficient support during the pandemic, with clear policies and plans in place to guide staff actions and reduce transmission risks.
