Stainton Lodge Care Centre

Stainton Lodge provides personal and nursing care to up to 73 people across two floors. The ground floor specialises in support for people with mental health conditions, while the first floor accommodates older people and those living with dementia. At inspection, 55 people were using the service.

People reported feeling safe, and medicines were managed safely with significant improvements made in all aspects of medicines handling. Risks to people were appropriately assessed and managed, with detailed guidance available for staff. The home received mixed feedback on food quality, and inspectors observed areas for improvement at mealtimes.
