St Mungo's Broadway - 2 Hilldrop Road

St Mungo's Broadway accommodates up to 29 men with histories of alcohol misuse, homelessness, and mental health conditions. At inspection, 27 residents were living at the service.

The home demonstrated effective infection control practices. When residents showed COVID-19 symptoms, they were asked to take a test and self-isolate until results were received. These individuals were allocated their own bathroom, and a sign placed on their bedroom door clearly indicated when their self-isolation period would end. Staff noted this simple signage reassured people and helped both those isolating and others in the service understand when they could resume socialising together.
