This service provides residential care for up to 12 people living with enduring mental health issues. It transitioned to National Schizophrenia Fellowship (Rethink) early last year and was operating at full capacity with 12 residents at the time of inspection.

People felt safe at the home. The service has safeguarding processes in place to protect residents from abuse, with risks to safety assessed and regularly reviewed. Staff receive clear guidance on keeping people safe from harm and demonstrate understanding of their responsibilities. They can recognise and report abuse appropriately.
