People felt safe at the home. The service has safeguarding processes in place to protect residents from abuse, with risks to safety assessed and regularly reviewed. Staff receive clear guidance on keeping people safe from harm and demonstrate understanding of their responsibilities.

They can recognise and report abuse appropriately.
