Cardinals Way

The home supports three people living with enduring mental health conditions and associated needs. It provides shared bathroom facilities, a communal lounge, a large kitchen with dining area, and a small garden. Three live-in care workers rotate with others to provide continuous support throughout different times of the day.

Staff understand their safeguarding responsibilities and know how to recognise and report concerns about people's safety and welfare. People receive personalised support with their medicines and are encouraged to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff using the least restrictive approaches. Staff receive the training and guidance needed to deliver effective care tailored to each person's specific needs.

Caring relationships are evident between residents and staff, with easy and open communication throughout the service. The home demonstrates strong person-centred care practices that reflect individual preferences and requirements.
