Rathmore House is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 20 older people living with dementia. At inspection, 18 people were residing at the home. Each person has their own bedroom and shares bathrooms, lounge, dining room and a large garden with other residents.

The service provided safe care and responded appropriately to concerns raised. During the inspection, people were observed to be comfortable in their environment, with positive interactions evident between residents and staff. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff enabling them to make decisions about their care and support.
