The CQC found the service continues to be rated Good overall, with staff providing person-centred, kind and respectful support that helped people make choices and stay involved in their community.
Inspectors found people were kept safe, with risks well managed and enough trained staff on duty. Relatives gave positive feedback about the care and communication, and quality assurance systems allowed the provider and registered manager to monitor standards effectively.
