Sunkist Lodge

Sunkist Lodge provides care and support to 23 people living with ongoing mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, personality disorder, and histories of substance and alcohol misuse. Residents receive person-centred care from staff who know them well, with one person commenting, "My life has changed since I am here" and another stating, "We are all lucky to live here." Staff involve people in every aspect of their care, enabling them to make choices and become active in their local community. Each person has a personalised care plan addressing their support needs, risks, and goals for greater independence.

Staff are trained to protect people from potential abuse, with residents noting they feel safe. The home maintains thorough recruitment processes to ensure staff are suitable to work with vulnerable people.
