Koinonia Christian Care

Koinonia Christian Care provides personal care to up to 39 people living with dementia or age-related physical frailties across five adapted buildings, primarily supporting people with Christian beliefs. At the time of inspection, 29 people were living at the service.

Inspectors identified some gaps in quality assurance processes and management oversight. Care records contained occasional inconsistencies and incorrect information, which the service corrected immediately following the inspection. Additionally, some people received food that was over-blended; the registered manager arranged further training for catering staff in response to this feedback.
