Marlow

Marlow provides accommodation and personal care for up to 15 adults with learning disabilities and associated health and support needs. The service comprises ground and first floor accommodation, including two self-contained flats upstairs to support people living more independently. At inspection, 15 people were residing at the service.

Staff maintain a safe environment tailored to individual needs, with systems in place to protect people from abuse and poor care. People and their relatives expressed confidence in how staff keep them safe, with staff demonstrating clear understanding of safeguarding procedures and their responsibilities in protecting vulnerable adults from harm.
