St Mary's Haven

St Mary's Haven provides residential care for up to 46 people, with 31 residents at the time of inspection. Some residents live with dementia. People were happy with their care and felt safe, with one resident saying "Staff are good and come when I need them" and another praising the "care, devotion and empathy given by staff.

" A visiting professional noted, "I go to a lot of homes and this is a nice one. " Residents appeared comfortable and content, with staff demonstrating genuine care and spending time chatting with people throughout the service.
