Menwinnion Country House

Menwinnion Country House is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 40 people in one adapted building. At the time of this inspection, 35 people were being supported. The service previously had concerns regarding management and oversight, with particular issues around medicines management, assessing people's capacity, staff training, and managing challenging behaviours. During this inspection, inspectors found that the provider had taken action to address all these areas, demonstrating improvement across the service.
