St Margarets Care Home

St Margarets Care Home provides residential care and support to up to 22 people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 16 people were living at the home.

The registered manager had completed service visit risk assessments for all residents who received visitors, detailing how to safely manage visits according to each person's needs and abilities. For people who remained in their rooms and were unable or chose not to access communal areas, social isolation risk assessments were in place and regularly reviewed by staff to help improve their wellbeing.
