Grange House

Grange House provides care and accommodation for up to 17 people, with 16 residents living there at the time of inspection. The service supports a mixture of younger and older people living with dementia and/or mental health disorders. The registered manager is proactive and enthusiastic, with governance systems now being used consistently to drive improvement. While various improvements have been made, some areas still need further development to ensure residents' safety and well-being, including ensuring staff undertake specific training to meet individual needs such as catheter care.
