The home features en-suite bedrooms, specialist bathrooms, lounges, dining facilities, quiet social areas, and an accessible garden, with lift access to the first floor.

Staff demonstrated strong infection prevention and control practices, following up-to-date guidance to keep people safe. The provider kept staff informed through a dedicated app and regular bulletins, with the registered manager ensuring staff understood the reasoning behind each measure. Two dedicated infection control leads enabled effective collaboration between housekeeping and care staff. Staff received training on keeping people safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
