Bymead House

Bymead House provides personal and nursing care to up to 30 older people and those with physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, 28 people were using the service. The home occupies an extended premises with accessible grounds, a passenger lift, and accessible bathrooms throughout.

Inspectors identified areas for improvement regarding medicines management, staff supervision, and storage of confidential information. During the inspection, concerns were raised and immediately addressed by the home, with a detailed action plan developed for any remaining issues.
