However, inspectors identified areas for improvement. While staff completed assessments when people moved into the service, these written assessments lacked robustness and detail. Guidance was not consistently in place to inform staff how best to support residents.

Additionally, accident and incident oversight was not always properly documented or used to inform and update individual care plans.
