Arthur Court

Arthur Court is a residential care home supporting up to 19 people, currently providing personal care to 16 residents. The service supports people with various mental health conditions, including those who are autistic or have learning disabilities. People, relatives, and healthcare professionals provided positive feedback about the service.

However, inspectors identified areas for improvement. While staff completed assessments when people moved into the service, these written assessments lacked robustness and detail. Guidance was not consistently in place to inform staff how best to support residents. Additionally, accident and incident oversight was not always properly documented or used to inform and update individual care plans.
