St Georges is a residential care home supporting five adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, mental health conditions, dementia and physical disabilities. The service is designed to enable people to live as full a life as possible with control, choice and independence at its core. People receive planned and co-ordinated person-centred support tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
