Margaret's Rest Home

Margaret's Rest Home accommodates up to 27 people, including older adults, younger people, those living with dementia, and people with physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, 26 people were using the service.

People and their relatives felt safe at the home, with staff demonstrating good understanding of safeguarding procedures. The service had addressed previous recommendations and breaches. Individual risks associated with people's care and health needs were properly assessed, with measures in place to reduce identified risks. Care plans had been reviewed, updated, and personalised to reflect each person's individual preferences.
