Wilton House

Wilton House accommodates six people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions; five residents were living there at the time of inspection. The home provides personal care to one person, including support with personal hygiene and eating. Staff support residents with daily living tasks and help them maintain independence in their community involvement and activities. Inspectors observed positive interactions between staff and residents, with care being delivered in a calm, respectful manner. Residents appeared comfortable and at ease in the home's welcoming environment.
