Northants Accommodation and Social Care

Northants Accommodation and Social Care provides accommodation and personal care for up to five people living in self-contained flats who access the community independently. At the time of inspection, four people were using the service. The service supports people with learning disabilities and/or autism, enabling them to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. People receive planned and coordinated person-centred support tailored to their individual needs and goals.
