Crescent House

Crescent House provides residential care for up to 33 older people and those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with 33 residents. A registered manager oversees the service.

Staff receive training in safeguarding vulnerable adults and demonstrate a clear understanding of their responsibilities to protect people from harm and abuse. The home regularly assesses residents' risks and updates assessments as needs change. Electronic care plans are readily available to staff, who use these to provide care tailored to each person's current needs.
