St Clare's Court is a residential home in a purpose-built building, providing personal care to up to 58 older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding a well-maintained environment, kind and skilled staff, safe medicines management and person-centred care plans. Recruitment and safeguarding practices were sound, and staff followed the Mental Capacity Act appropriately.

Inspectors found the management team knowledgeable, with strong quality assurance systems. Feedback from people and relatives was overwhelmingly positive, describing staff as caring and attentive, with meaningful activities and good involvement in care planning. No significant shortfalls were identified during this assessment.
