St Catherines Care Home

St Catherines Care Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 40 people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 20 people were resident at the home.

The service had significant governance failings. Systems for monitoring quality and safety were inadequate and failed to identify and mitigate risk. Care records and plans had not been fully completed or kept up to date, with sections failing to reflect changes in people's needs and circumstances.
