Six ground-floor households accommodate up to six people each, while the upper-floor household serves those requiring nursing care. The service offers garden and woodland areas, a beauty and hair salon, and a café-style communal space for socialising.

Inspectors found people received an excellent level of care and support in a warm, welcoming environment. Residents reported enjoying their time at the home and felt well supported by staff they described as caring and kind. People appreciated the friendly atmosphere and noted that the service was welcoming to visiting friends and family members.
