Telford Court Nursing Home

Telford Court Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 85 people in a purpose-built setting, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 84 people were residing at the home.

Care plans included comprehensive risk assessments that were regularly reviewed and updated as circumstances changed, ensuring risks were effectively reduced or mitigated. Safe recruitment procedures were in place with sufficient staff employed to meet people's needs. The staff and management team worked closely with health and social care professionals to ensure positive outcomes for residents.
