Telford Court Nursing Home

Telford Court Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 85 adults, including people living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 79 people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding people were safe, well cared for and supported by enough skilled staff, with medicines managed well and a friendly, sociable atmosphere maintained through regular activities.

Inspectors did note some shortfalls: certain care plans and risk records lacked detail, some staff appraisals and mental capacity records were overdue or unclear, and the provider had not always notified the CQC of required incidents. People and relatives spoke positively, describing kind, attentive staff and confidence that complaints would be taken seriously.
