Station House, in Cheshire East, provides personal and nursing care for up to 71 people, including younger and older adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health conditions, some living with dementia. The CQC rated the home Good overall, though safety was rated as requiring improvement, with some risk records, call bell issues and gaps in staff PPE use and Mental Capacity Act compliance identified.

Inspectors found people were positive about their care, describing attentive staff who supported their wishes and independence. Care planning, staffing levels and training were generally sound, and complaints were handled responsively, though dining areas were cramped and some residents were unaware of monthly care plan reviews.
