About Clarendon Court Care Home
Clarendon Court provides personal and nursing care to 53 residents across three separate floors, each with adapted facilities. One floor specialises in dementia care. The service can support up to 55 people.
Governance systems have improved since the last inspection, with care plans now containing more accurate information about people's needs. Audits are being used to drive improvements. However, some residents felt there were not always enough staff, with concerns that staff were busy and didn't always have sufficient time available.
